CANCellationS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the original booking fee and are not eligible for transfer. Additionally, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

no-show/DAY OF CANCELLATION

Day of cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the remaining balance of the full service. We do understand true emergencies arise and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

RESCHEDULING

If you reschedule or cancel any portion of your services within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. You will also need to pay a new booking fee for your next appointment. If you reschedule outside the 48-hour window, you may transfer your booking fee to a new date once; after that, it is no longer transferable. Please note that professional rates may change when rescheduling, as prices reflect skill level, demand, and supply costs.

Rescheduling an appointment is based solely on the artist's availability. At times, there may not be another appointment for the date and time you need for quite some time as our availability is limited; this is the risk you take when canceling an appointment. The professional will try to accommodate whenever possible.

LATE ARRIVAL

We value your time and strive to maintain a punctual schedule for all our clients. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment duration or the need to reschedule to avoid any inconvenience for other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without returning or transferring your booking fee. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another booking fee. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive at our spa. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Minors

We welcome clients of all ages; however, certain treatments may have age restrictions or require parental consent. Please inquire about specific services for minors, as some treatments may require a guardian's presence or approval. We will be happy to provide guidance and recommendations based on the nature of the services.

GUESTS

For most services, we are unable to provide services when any other guests are present due to the Health Department and Board of Cosmetology regulations (Permanent Makeup, Facials, & Skin Treatments).

For clients with children, we ask that you work out childcare beforehand. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to our policy if childcare falls through.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on services already rendered. If you have any concerns about a service received, please let us know, and we will address them promptly.

We do not guarantee any results after skincare-related services. We will always make recommendations for in-spa treatments and home skincare routines based on our knowledge. Because every individual has different skin, we cannot promise any specific outcomes. We can only promise our 100% effort and ask that you follow through with pre-care and aftercare instructions as given before and upon completion of your service.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please ensure you have read and followed all pre-care guidelines. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled with the loss of the booking fee, and the requirement to pay for your scheduled service. If you have questions concerning medical conditions, please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment.

At Divine Brow Bar, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. We adhere to strict privacy and data protection policies, ensuring that all personal information shared with us is kept confidential and secure. We only collect information necessary for providing services and maintaining records, and we handle all information in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our spa. Our equipment is thoroughly disinfected and sanitized, and we follow strict protocols to ensure a safe environment. We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations to provide you with a worry-free experience.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for our clients. We expect everyone to treat each other with kindness, respect, and tolerance. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful or disruptive behavior.

GIFT CERTIFICATES and GIFT CARDs

Gift certificates and vouchers purchased from our spa are valid for the specified amount and must be redeemed by the expiration date indicated. The original certificate or voucher must be presented at the time of service. All certificates and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. If the price of a service has increased since the time of purchase, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference. Lost or stolen certificates and vouchers will not be replaced.
